1. The booking system is designed for pet under 10kg
2. Hong Kong Pet Memorial will contact you for appointment confirmation within 24 hours
3. The booking window is from 3 days up to 30 days. Please call 2332 7117 for appointment outside the booking window
4. You may change the appointment up to 2 times as long as the following criteria is meet:
   • Re-booking should be made not less than 48 hours
   • If change is made within 48 hours, we will charge $400 as re-booking administration fee
   • If change is made within 24 hours, we will charge $600 as re-booking administration fee.
