During an incredibly difficult time, your kindness and attention to detail made a world of difference. When I saw Duchess at the viewing, I was profoundly touched. You had cared for her with such respect and skill that she looked perfectly peaceful, as if she were just sleeping. This beautiful and serene image is a great comfort to me and my family. Your entire service, from the initial contact to the final arrangements, was handled with utmost sensitivity and professionalism. I also want to thank the staff who picked up duchess from our house. He is very professional handled my baby so gentle and made us feel at ease as he holds my baby duchess back to their company car. And even allowed me and my mom to finally say goodbye before leaving. Also i noticed that he did not close the box where he put duchess because he said that even though our duchess is dead he still think that she is alive like a child and left the box open. He really showed that he care which is really admirable. We can also feel his sympathy and heart during our conversations. He is the perfect guy for the job, he is a great contribution in your company. As well as the guy in the front desk who assisted us and made the slideshow on the screen with the short amount of time, as i forgot to give the photos ahead. I will not hesitate to recommend Hong Kong Pet Memorial to anyone who needs such a service. You provided more than a service; you provided peace of heart.
